Braylon Edwards is not having the money thrown at him in free agency like he had hoped. In fact, not many teams have come calling for his services. His former team the New York Jets reportedly wanted no part of Edwards after his string of run-ins with the law. Rich Cimini of ESPNNewYork.com says the Jets viewed Edwards as a diva.
Despite the minimal interest, one team that is now being linked to Edwards is the Arizona Cardinals.
Edwards could join his former teammates Jay Feely, Kerry Rhodes and Ben Graham and like with Santonio Holmes in New York, play across from an elite receiver — Larry Fitzgerald. Edwards to Arizona is no sure thing, but the interest is there. If Arizona can ink the receiver who tallied 53 catches,904 yards and 7 touchdowns in 2010, it would be another dynamic weapon for new quarterback Kevin Kolb.
