Noel Devine Walked Out on Philadelphia Eagles

by Philadelphia Eagles

Noel Devine went through seven rounds of the 2011 NFL Draft without hearing his name called. The former West Virginia running back then sorted through rosters as an undrafted free agent and signed with the Philadelphia Eagles in an effort to overcome the odds stacked against him and make it in the NFL.

Now, Devine has even more to overcome. Just two days into camp, he quit on his team and walked out on the Eagles.

With concerns about his size and unwillingness to block already surrounding him, walking out on the team could have been one of the final nails in the coffin. The news that Devine quit on his team will put a sour taste in the mouths of other NFL owners and it will be hard for the once promising star to find a new suitor.

The NFL is a league of second chances so Devine could find another job, but he will first need to show maturity and adjust his poor attitude.
