Michael Vick’s return to Atlanta did not quite go as planned. The quarterback was unable to finish the game after suffering a concussion and the Philadelphia Eagles suffered the loss. The good news for Vick? It is not a major concussion and he should not miss significant time.
Vick will have to undergo additional testing as the week goes on to see if he will be able to play next week. If he is not able to take the field, Mike Kafka, who replaced Vick on Sunday, will likely get the start. Backup Vince Young is still not healthy. Vick is about 50-50 to play next week so this should not be a major setback for the “Dream Team.”
