Nominees For 2012 Pro Football Hall of Fame Announced

The NFL has released a preliminary nominees list for the 2012 class of the NFL Hall of Fame. The preliminary list includes 103 players, coaches and contributors. In mid-November, 25 semifinal nominees will be announced.

This year’s first-year eligible nominees are Drew Bledsoe, Tiki Barber, Stephen Davis, Rod Smith, Keyshawn Johnson, Will Shields, Troy Vincent, Mike Vanderjagt, Bill Cowher, Bill Parcells and Marty Schottenheimer. There are also a handful of nominees who were finalists in 2011 including the likes of Jerome Bettis, Curtis Martin, Charles Haley, Willie Roaf and more.
