Arizona Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb Expected to Miss Game vs. Rams

The Arizona Cardinals will likely be without their starting quarterback Kevin Kolb on Sunday when the team squares off against the St. Louis Rams, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Kolb has been plagued with turf toe throughout the week and has been in a walking boot, leaving him unable to practice.

With Kolb most certainly on the sidelines, second-year signal-caller John Skelton will get the call to face the putrid Rams defense. It is unfortunate for Kolb that he will miss such a good matchup, but fans will not be sorry if Skelton takes advantage and takes the offense to heights that they were expecting with Kolb in control.
