The Green Bay Packers have been without Greg Jennings, as the star wideout recovers from a knee injury. Without Jennings, the team dropped their first game of the season and they are looking to get back on the winning track. Thankfully for the Packers, they received some great news in time for the holidays.
Head coach Mike McCarthy told reporters today that Jennings is on track to return for the postseason. It is great news for the Packers as they gear up for their postseason run and attempt to defend their title.
”I think Greg Jennings will be challenged to play next week vs. Detroit,” said McCarthy. “But I don’t think there will be any question that he will play in the playoffs. That’s the early diagnosis based on talking to the medical staff.”
