Despite the referees best attempts, the New York Giants defeated the Green Bay Packers, 37-20 today in Lambeau Field and will advance to the NFC Championship at Candlestick Park against the San Franciso 49ers. The game was plagued with terrible calls in favor of the Packers, but the Giants kept their heads on straight and overcame the odds.

Eli Manning had himself one heck of a ball game as he passed for over 330 yards and three touchdowns. Aaron Rodgers had to settle for two scores. Giants receiver Hakeem Nicks played like the offensive MVP with his seven catches, 165-yards and two touchdowns.

Next week, the Giants will travel to San Francisco. Will they be able to hang on for the win or will they be exposed as a flash in the pan team? As an early pick, you have to go with Jim Harbaugh. He has brought his team a new attitude and has them more than prepared for the playoffs.
