I ‘t know if you watch football, but the chances of the Packers taking a RB in the first 4 rounds are about the same as hell freezing over. They have two backs they like a lot already and if you follow football at all you would know they are a passing team first. With one of the best QBs in football slinging it they don’t need a great RB. They need DEFENSIVE help!! If you watched the playoffs you would have seen the worst defense in pro football history statistically. They got pounded by many, many teams and ended up 32 last year.

An effective running game compliments the passing game and makes it more effective. It’s what made Tim Tebow look better than he is.

Eagles are very high on Kelce their 2nd year center…A lot of people feel he played at almost a pro bowl level towards the end of the season….Don’t see them taking a center with their 1st pick with so many other actual needs

  4. GizzyDJ says:

Alot of people also saw the Eagles offensive line get Michael Vick injured again. I’ve heard the buzz about Kelce but truth is that he was a sixth round pick (which was higher than he should have gone – he only got drafted that high because he ran a fast 40 at the combine), he beat out an incumbent in Jamaal Jackson who was on the way out due to injuries (and I believe is likely to be released) and who got injured late in the season himself. Having said that, there is also the possibility that the Eagles don’t re-sign Evan Mathis. Konz is a player who can play center or guard and if you kick Danny Watkins over to left guard to can have Konz at right guard. Also, I’ve heard talk of the possibility of Kelce playing guard. Whatever happens, The interior of the offensive line is a need area for the Eagles. If you’re expecting a WR with this pick, forget it – Andy Reid will get a vet from free agency as he has enough young receivers already.
