  • Fred Davis [Franchised by the Redskins]

Fred Davis was a great player and was well on his way to having an amazing season, until he was suspended for the final four games of the 2011. The potential for the 2012 season is incredible. His football skills are worth the gamble and should be front and center, away from any off-field concern.

  • John Carlson

The Seahawks have done well with John Carlson, but a significant injury has put him on hold. If he comes back healthy, he will be an impact player somewhere else. His past numbers show that he has the skill to be great in any situation.

  • Scott Chandler

Chandler had great numbers for the start of the season, but so did many of the other Bills players and then the train came completely off the tracks. He has showed glimmers of potential, but he must be more productive and maintain throughout the season. If he can stay on track, he will be a great asset to a team.

  • Jeremy Shockey

Jeremy Shockey was a name that we heard over and over years ago, but he has fallen off recently. However, he is a great leader and bringing that to a team is priceless. His numbers haven’t fallen off as much but he isn’t what he was earlier in his career. There were reports that he was considering retirement, but all signs point to Shockey playing in 2012.

  • Jacob Tamme

The Colts have an issue on both sides of the ball and all over the field. Tamme has done well, but may need more stability to really shine. The 2010 season was a solid one for him, but 2011 fell off much like the team. Tamme can be an excellent deal for any team that needs a good, solid pass-catching tight end.
