The New York Jets have made a move to help their less than stellar wide receiver corp by signing former Oakland Raiders wideout Chaz SChillens.
Schillens matches the Jets recent strategy of employing veteran receivers to help quarterback Mark Sanchez. Schillens has his issues though – he missed last season with injury and has been plagued with various ailments at times the past few years. This pickup is not the ultimate answer for the Jets at this position and many believe they will address the issue at some point in the 2012 NFL Draft.
