The NFL has unveiled their new logos for all of their media properties. The properties include the NFL Network, NFL.com, NFL RedZone, NFL Mobile and NFL Films. An official release from the league states that the new logos “prominently feature the NFL shield, uniform typography and design and provides for a more streamlined look across all platforms.”

My initial reaction is that the league is trying to hard to create a new look, when it really isn’t necessary. The saying goes, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” The NFL should have listened in this instance.
