One of the bigger pieces still available to start day 3, few were bigger than Miami Hurricanes running back Lamar Miller. In the end, he won’t have to move far as he was selected by the Miami Dolphins who traded up to get him with the second pick of the fourth round.
Miller is a stunning running back whose stock fell due to knee concerns. Also, he would have benefited from perhaps playing another year in college but with sanctions expected against the Hurricanes Millers was one of many UM players who chose to leave early.
A few week ago, NFL Spin Zone Senior Editor Josh Sanchez spoke to Miller about the draft process so be sure to go read that interview.
