Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has been arrested in DeSoto, Texas, WFAA-TV has reported. It is still troubling news for the receiver who seemed poised to have the best season of his career.
Reports indicate that Bryant is facing a Class A family violence charge, but is not currently in custody. Bryant did confirm there was an incident, but would not go into specifics. “I’m good,” Bryant said, per TMZ.
Bryant was released on bond.
Earlier in the offseason, Bryant was allegedly involved in an incident with rapper Lil Wayne at LIV night club in Miami. This second run in with the law surely won’t be a good look for Bryant in the eyes of NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
