Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch has been dealing with back spasms all week that have left his status for Sunday night’s game against the division rival Arizona Cardinals in question. Lynch is officially listed on the injury report as questionable but he is expected to play in the game.
Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com is reporting that a source with knowledge of the situation says that back spasms will not hold Lynch out of the game “unless something crazy happens.”
This will impact the fantasy value of rookie running back Robert Turbin who was going to get a bulk of the carries. Turbin showed a lot of promise in the preseason but he may not get the opportunity to shine if Lynch takes the field as expected.
