Philadelphia Eagles Edge Baltimore Ravens 24-23

The game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens had a playoff feel to it and the game delivered on what we had hoped it would be. In week that Andy Reid, Michael Vick and company needed a win, they pulled through despite turning the ball over four times.

Vick had a strong effort throwing the ball for 371 yards and a touchdown. He did toss two interceptions but added another 34 yards and a score on the ground.

For the Ravens, Joe Flacco came back down to Earth after a brilliant performance in week one. Flacco finished the game with a quarterback rating of 66.8 after going 22-of-42 for 232 yards a score and an interception. Running back Ray Rice contributed 152 total yards but failed to find the endzone.

The Eagles now advance to 2-0 despite having serious issues protecting the football. If they hope to keep to their winning ways, they need to find a way to limit turnovers moving forward.
