Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson entered the game with only 45 yards rushing on 33 carries. While Johnson was struggling early in the year, he finally had his breakout performance against an impressive Houston Texans defense. It was Johnson’s first 100 yard rushing performance since week 13 of last season.
On the day, Johnson rushed for 141 yards. He added two receptions for 16 yards.
While Johnson finally had his breakout game, the Titans fell to Houston by a score of 38-14. Johnson benefited from Matt Hasselbeck coming in for an injured Jake Locker, who left the game in the first quarter.
Fantasy owners should be happy that they are finally getting to see the CJ2K that they had hoped for when drafting him early in their drafts.
