Troy Polamalu Aggravates Calf Injury In First Quarter

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu was making his return from a calf injury that held him out since week one as the Steelers were set to face off against their cross state rival the Philadelphia Eagles. However, late in the first-quarter, Polamalu limped off the field after aggravating the injury.

It is an injury that has hampered the All-Pro safety for the past couple of seasons.

Polamalu is officially listed as questionable to return and he has been replaced on the field by Ryan Mundy.
