Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew was expected to miss multiple games with a foot injury and the team has already ruled out their star running back for week nine. It will be the second straight week that Jones-Drew will be on the sideline. Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey announced the news today.
In Jones-Drew’s absence, Rashad Jennings will once again get the start.
Last week against the Green Bay Packers, Jennings rushed the ball 17 times for 59 yards.
