Quarterback

With Jake Locker back under center for the Titans, very little changes for fantasy owners in the short term. Matt Hasselbeck wasnt much of a fantasy option to begin with and for now neither is Locker. Watch but don’t buy unless you’re in a 2QB or dynasty league.

Running Back

The rebirth of Chris Johnson appeared to continue last week as he ran for 141 yards and a touchdown. I’d be wary of this – most of that yardage was on one big play and he appears to be big play dependant these days. The Dolphins run defense is pretty good overall so temper your expectations – he’s a mid level RB2 with this matchup.

Wide Receiver

The return of Jake Locker is a win for Nate Washington – it is well documented that Locker’s relationship with Washington is very good so he may receive an up-tick in targets/receptions this week. He only had two targets last week – I expect that to be 6-9 targets making him an interesting low end WR2 or flex option. Kenny Britt as always is the star of this group but his production has been terrible this year and I would probably leave him on the bench for now. Having left last week’s game with an elbow injury, Kendall Wright is likely to play in this game but Jake Locker didn’t look his way much earlier in the year so this is a good week to leave Wright on your bench.

Tight End

He may be one of the most athletically gifted tight ends in the NFL but Jared Cook is almost invisible in Tennessee right now and doesn’t appear to be a focus of the game plan. Stay away. Stay well away.
