As Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is hoping to play in the team’s week 13 match up against the division rival Baltimore Ravens, he has taken one step closer to returning to game action.
On Wednesday, Roethlisberger returned to the practice field on a limited basis.
It is also good news for the Steelers that wide receiver Antonio Brown and defensive leader Troy Polamalu returned to full practice on Wednesday. Receiving all three stars back on the field for the game against the Ravens could save the Steelers season.
While Roethlisberger is making progress, he will still be questionable for Sunday’s game and will likely come down to a game-time decision. There are positive signs surrounding Roethlisberger and his full recovery, but there is still major doubt among those close to the organization that he will be able to play this week.
