NFL Coaching Rumors: Syracuse Head Coach Doug Marrone Has Two Interviews Lined Up

Syracuse Orange head coach Doug Marrone finished off his 2012 campaign with a victory in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl over the West Virginia Mountaineers.

Now that the college football season is over and the axe has been coming down on NFL head coaches, Marrone has received some interest and phone calls from a couple of teams with job openings. After fielding the phone calls, Marrone has two interviews lined up, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Marrone has previous NFL experience. He was most recently offensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints before going home to his alma mater.
