It seemed that the Oakland Raiders were ready to move past Carson Palmer, only we thought with the young Terrelle Pryor. Now reportedly they’re listening to NFL journeyman Vince Young?

“Right now I’m trying to win over my coaches, win over my teammates and everybody in the facility and let them know that I wanna be a leader, a great leader and I’m there for the long haul and I wanna win just as bad as everybody else and that’s what I want to prove to everybody before I really get into talks of starting and stuff like that,” Pryor said.

But it most not be working if they’re kicking the tires on Vince Young. They might be the only NFL team interested in Vince Young at the moment.

Pro Football Talk reports:

"“Young is in talks with the Raiders about visiting them for a workout, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Rapoport cautioned that those talks are “preliminary,” so we’re probably not going to be seeing Young in the Silver and Black any time soon.”“It won’t be easy for Young to convince an NFL team to give him a shot, but Young in Oakland might just be crazy enough to work.”"
