The best thing that has honestly happened in Metlife Stadium within the last year has to be WWE WrestleMania 29.
The New York Jets, where to begin? Rex Ryan and the Jets finished the season at 6-10 and the front office of the organization decided to keep head coach Rex Ryan on board.
Last season was not one of their bests, they weren’t one of the worst teams in the league, but they weren’t a high scoring threat either. I don’t want to be bash this team, but they were pretty awful. They had the worst passing game in the league, only averaging 194 yards per game, they were decent when it came to rushing the ball, but you can’t have a well balanced team if you can’t throw the ball.
Let’s just throw this out there, Mark Sanchez struggled last season and let’s ask this, is Mark Sanchez the quarterback the New York Jets are looking for? They brought in Tebow, but when they did, he didn’t really do much, so what was the point of this move? Anyways, they lost LaRon Landry, Dustin Keller, Braylon Edwards, Matt Slauson, Shonn Greene and Bart Scott. They need to hit this draft and hit it hard, stop fooling around and bring in talent that can help turn this team into a winning squad.
