To kick off the 2013 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs have selected Offensive Tackle Eric Fisher from Central Michigan.

Finally the wait is over, we know who will anchor that offensive line in Kansas City with a new look offense lead by quarterback Alex Smith.

Andy Reid is bringing his west coast offense from the Philadelphia Eagles to try to turn things around in Kansas City after replacing Romeo Crennel.

Look for the Kansas City Chiefs to look for an Inside Linebacker, Wide Receiver, Defensive Tackle and a defensive back of some sort later on in this draft.

He is the highest drafted MAC prospect since Byron Leftwich in the 2003 draft who played for Marshall.
