Ed Reed Believes the Tom Brady Slide is the Reason For His Hip Issues

Ed Reed has been working his way through some hip issues. Today, he said what he believes to be the cause of the injury. Apparently a certain quarterback slid aggressively in a playoff game and kicked Reed (Ultimate Texans).

It was dirty. If Ed Reed is still feeling the pain from it, that sucks. The issues may have started because of the lifted Tom Brady leg, but they persist because he is 50 years old. The injuries just don’t heal like they used to.

Ed might not even be ready to face his former team in the first week of the season, but I am sure that he will get back out there and still find ways to make plays. That is just what he does and has been doing for the last 30 or so years.
