Ray Lewis to be Inducted Into Baltimore Ravens Ring of Honor

The Baltimore Ravens will not waste any time and will place future Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis into the Baltimore Ring of Honor in week 3 of the season. In week 3, the Ravens will be facing off a familiar face in Ed Reed and the Houston Texans.

Lewis will be the 5th Ravens player to join the ring of honor. The other Ravens players inducted are running back Jamal Lewis (2012), kicker Matt Stover (2011), tackle Jonathan Ogden (2008), outside linebacker Peter Boulware (2006) and defensive end Michael McCrary (2004). Owner Art Modell and eight other Baltimore Colts players are also part of the ring of honor.

This will be a good time to celebrate Ray Lewis on the field and celebrate that Super Bowl that he helped bring to town last year. The Ravens also will be erecting a statue of Lewis, but it won’t be up in time for the Houston Game on week 3. Congrats to Ray Lewis for all of his accomplishments.
