Bears Lose Turk McBride For Season With Achilles Injury

And the injuries keep piling up. The Chicago Bears lost DE/DT Turk McBride today after rupturing his Achilles tendon during practice. He will be out for the year.

McBride was competing for a spot on the roster and was working a lot in the nickel defense. The injury will open the door for 6th rounder Cornelius Washington to make some plays.

The injuries around the league keep mounting up. There are a number of players that were lost for the season this weekend and today;s action already starts with McBride going down. There seems to be a ton of ACL and Achilles injuries going around.
