The New Orleans Saints have been hunting for help out at wide receiver. They brought in Laurent Robinson  for a work out before deciding to pass on him and now it sounds like they will be signing Steve Breaston to join the crew.

Breaston spent last season with the Kansas City Chiefs and fell off the planet with his production. He played in 10 games and only had 7 receptions for 74 yards. He was easily good for 700+ yards per season before that drop off.

He will look to resurrect his career with Drew Brees and the Saints. He will have a good quarterback throwing him the football again. He started out his career with Kurt Warner throwing him the football, then he had to deal with the nightmare of the quarterbacks after Warner in Arizona. Then he decided to sign on with Kansas City and had to deal wit that quarterback mess. It should be a good situation for Breaston.
