Must be a slow news day for the NFL.

According to TheDenverChannel.com, Miller was arrested Sunday for failure to appear at a hearing on a charge of careless driving, driving without a license, and no proof of insurance.  The citations were issued last October.

This news comes a day before he is scheduled to appear in New York for his appeal against a 4-game suspension he has receiver. He better not miss that appearance.

The Broncos have released a statement on the situation:

"“We have been aware of the matter involving Von Miller’s failure to appear in court for traffic violations,” the Broncos said in a statement.  “It was reported to the league earlier this week and is being handled through the legal system.”"

Von needs to get his name out of the news. He keeps getting on there for the wrong reasons right now.  He needs the football season to start immediately so that he can make different type of news.
