The New York Giants have activated one of their stud defensive players off of the PUP list. Jason Pierre-Paul will be back and practicing with the rest of the team today. JPP has been sidelined with a back injury and has been working his way back to the field. He is able to join the rest of the team in practice now and this gives him a good chance to be ready for the start of the season. That will be huge for the Giants defense.
The Giants open up the season in Dallas against the Cowboys in a couple of weeks. They would love to have JPP pounding on Tony Romo throughout that game. It looks like they will have that opportunity now.
It is good to hear about players returning to the field instead of losing them to injuries.
