The St. Louis Rams released former starting linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar today. He has to spend the first 4 games of the season on the suspended list after getting caught using PEDs. Dunbar racked up 115 tackles last season and 4.5 sacks. He is a high quality player that is available for the rest of the league to pursue.

Head coach Jeff Fisher was disappointed in Dunbar when he was suspended and called him selfish for his actions:

"“First and foremost, we are very, very disappointed in his choices and his decisions,” Fisher said. “It’s selfish, it hurts the team but we also see it as an opportunity to learn from a mistake, so we discussed it with the entire squad last night and I think everybody understands the responsibilities that each and every player has as far as taking care of themselves and what you can do and what you can’t do.” – ESPN.com"

Let’s see what other teams think about Dunbar. I am sure there will be interest from other teams around the league. 115 tackles. Someone will want that.
