Isaac Redman is prepping to be the starter in Pittsburgh when the season opens up. There has been a lot of speculation on who will be the starter, but the Steelers have been keeping the announcement under wraps.
Redman makes the most sense to start. Felix Jones has only been on the roster a couple of weeks and LeVeon Bell will miss the game resting his foot injury.
Redman is in practice prepping to be the starter:
“I go out there with the first team, do the first four reps, that’s normally what the starter does,” Redman said Monday, per the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. “I’m just preparing as I’m the starter until they tell me otherwise.”
If you need to start one of these backs in your fantasy football leagues, you should lean on Redman to be the guy.
