New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski has officially been listed on the injury report as doubtful. He is recovering from back and forearm injuries.

Nobody was expecting him to be ready for the first week of the season anyway. If he is able to get on the field next week, it still would be a surprise. He is putting in work though and might be able to pull it off.

I am looking for him to get back onto the football field in week 3 and making an impact. GRONK SPIKES for everyone.

He might as well rest for a couple of weeks and ensure that he can last for the rest of the season. He will be needed more at the end than at the beginning.

The Pats will score 40+ points against the Bills without Gronk.
