With 79 yards and 2 touchdown catches, Julian Edelman is receiving a lot of attention in New England. Although many may say Edelman had a lucky day against the horrendous Bills passing defense, he has huge fantasy potential coming into Thursday night’s game against the Jets. Beast mode TE Rob Gronkowski, sure-handed WR Danny Amendola and RB Shane Vereen are all going to be out for the contest and thus should give Edelman ample opportunity to wreak havoc on the New York Jets secondary (allowed 154 yards to Vincent Jackson on Sunday). Tom Brady, one of the greatest QBs in the NFL today, has the ability to turn even the most lack-luster of WRs into fantasy studs. Look for Edelman to repeat his 79 yard performance against the Jets.
