Chiefs vs. Eagles: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Time and Predictions

The hype train of the Philadelphia Eagles was derailed last week against the San Diego Chargers and will be looking to get back on track. The Kansas City Chiefs are one of the quieter 2-0 teams in the league. The defense has been strong and they will have to figure out how to slow down that Chip Kelly offense. Andy Reid gets to come back to Philly and I am sure he would love to get that win against his former squad, plus he will get his team to 3-0.

Chiefs Player to Watch: Alex Smith

Sep 15, 2013; Kansas City, MO, USA; Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith (11) hands off to running back Jamaal Charles (25) in the second half against the Dallas Cowboys at Arrowhead Stadium. Kansas City won the game 17-16. Mandatory Credit: John Rieger-USA TODAY Sports

Alex Smith has been efficient on offense. That is what everyone has been expecting out of him. Philip Rivers tore up this Eagles defense last week by reading the blitzes and the coverages. Smith will need to do the same and move that offense down the field.

Eagles Player to Watch: Lesean McCoy

Sep 9, 2013; Landover, MD, USA; Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy (25) runs with the ball against the Washington Redskins during the second half at FedEX Field. The Eagles won 33 – 27. Mandatory Credit: Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

He is so explosive with the football in his hands and Chip Kelly does a great job of getting him the football in space. McCoy was slowed down on the ground last week, but the Eagles will likely give him more touches on the ground this week. He is a key player that makes this offense go.

Matchup to Watch: Eagles Offense vs Kansas City Defense

The Eagles may have lost last week, but they still showed that they can put a ton of points on the scoreboard. The Chiefs offense will have to do their best at running that clock and keeping that explosive offense off of the field.

Prediction

Sep 15, 2013; Philadelphia, PA, USA; Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson (10) catches a touchdown pass during the third quarter against the San Diego Chargers at Lincoln Financial Field. The Chargers defeated the Eagles 33-30. Mandatory Credit: Howard Smith-USA TODAY Sports

This game is going to be high scoring and could be high scoring on both sides. The Eagles have that explosive offense that will put up points. The Kansas City Chiefs will have to control the football and will have to put up touchdowns any time they get down close. I think this will be one fun game to watch with the Eagles prevailing.

Eagles 34 – Chiefs 30
