The Baltimore Ravens have been hush hush on the status of Ray Rice and his busted hip. He was not able to participate in practice today though and he has not been able to practice all week.

The injury has been called a strained hip flexor and he suffered on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. Tomorrow the Ravens will have to place a status on his availability for the game on Sunday against the Houston Texans.

If Rice were to sit out, the Ravens would look toward Bernard Pierce or Shaun Draughn to carry the load in the backfield. The Ravens have all kinds of injuries that they have been trying to overcome this season, but the Texans will not ease up on them.
