Ryan Tannehill and the Dolphins Will Upset the Falcons on Sunday
Considering Tannehill and the phins have already beaten the Colts on their own turf, they have shown that they’ve earned their 2-0 record and some credit as a team to be reckoned with. Contrary to popular belief, the Dolphins have the potential to upset the Falcons and I think they will. The passing game exploded last week as Mike Wallace and Tannehill hooked up for 115 yards and a touchdown as Tannehill passed for 319 yards overall with a passer rating of 107.4. Although it wasn’t the QBR or yards that showed that Tannehill had what it takes, last Sunday Tannehill showed that he could combine all the elements of his offense in order to win the football game. Many may say the Dolphins are overhyped, and for the most part they’d be right, however I feel with the way their squad is playing right now, especially on defense, they can beat anybody, including the Atlanta Falcons. The key for Sunday’s game is penetrating the Falcons secondary and distributing the ball around early. The Rams almost defeated the red birds last Sunday, but unfortunately their defense let them down, allowing Matt Ryan to throw for 374 yards and 2 touchdowns. If the Dolphins are going to win this ball game, they have to remember to keep their priorities straight and keep the game in front of them or else the Falcons will burn them worse than Paula Deen’s Thanksgiving turkeys.
