Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice will not participate in the game against the Houston Texans on Sunday. The Ravens will have to rely on Bernard Pierce to carry the ground game for the team.
Per Baltimore Sun, Ray Rice officially out for Sunday. Benard Pierce will start. I have him ranked 12th vs HOU. http://t.co/mSYTzksotw

Rice did not practice all week after injuring his hip in the fourth quarter of last week’s game against the Cleveland Browns.
Rice has a left hip flexor strain and the injury usually takes a couple of weeks to recover from. On the official injury report, Rice was listed as “doubtful”.
