E.J. Manuel and the Bills Will Beat the Defending Super Bowl Champs
With one of the most exciting offenses in the NFL, the 1-2 Bills have a lot to play for in 2013. Their rookie QB E.J. Manuel has adjusted well into the NFL, throwing for over 240 in the past 2 games, including a 296-yard performance against the Panthers. As well, the Bills have one of the most talented rushing attacks in all of football with Fred Jackson and the explosive, but inconsistent C.J. Spiller. As of late, Spiller hasn’t been playing at his 2012 form, but soon enough he will bust out and have a monster game. The Bill’s next opponent, the Baltimore Ravens, are coming off two very defensively productive games at the Browns and the Texans (Baltimore held Cleveland and Houston to under 10 points each). Although the Ravens were lit up by Peyton Manning and the Broncos for 49 Points in week one, they have adjusted well and limited even Matt Schaub and the Texans to a mere 9 points at home. Not going to lie, the Bills will have their work cut out for them this Sunday in Orchard Park, however I believe that Manuel with his experience from Florida State will handle the Ravens defense with ease and deliver the Ravens a taste of their own medicine. Look for the passing game to be huge in this contest as the Ravens haven’t allowed a passing touchdown since Manning burned them for 7 in the season opener. Watch the Stevie Johnson-Manuel connection to be alive and well this Sunday.
