Buffalo Bills LB Kiko Alonso is playing out of his mind to start out the year and there is no reason why he will slow down. He is always around the football and is racking up the tackles with the Bills.

This weekend, he picked off Joe Flacco a pair of times and he has 4 interceptions already this season. He has an interception in the last 3 games and he leads the Bills with 32 tackles. He also has a sack, forced a fumble and has recovered a fumble. What else do you want the youngster to do?

Easily, Alonso has to be looked at as the leading candidate to win defensive rookie of the year. He leads all rookies in tackles and has been playing at an elite level in his young career. He has a bright future and may want to work on those interview skills a little more. With his play, people are going to want to talk to him a litle more.

There is a new defensive star in Buffalo. Kiko Alonso looks to be one of the young bright spots for the Bills future.

The Bills will be on center stage on Thursday against the Cleveland Browns and Alonso can look to add to his interception totals by picking off QB Brian Hoyer. It should be fun to see one of the league’s young stars put in work.
