Atlanta Falcons WR Roddy White came into last night’s game hurting and was a game time decision to play. He left the game and is in the same situation for Week 7. That is a couple of weeks from now. He is nursing a hamstring injury and an ankle injury and there is already talk that he is 50-50 for the game.
The Falcons have a BYE in week 6 and White will have around 12 days to rest up and heal from all his ailments. He has a high-ankle sprain that he hurt in week 4 and he pulled his hamstring on Monday. The Falcons would be hurting big time without White in the lineup.
There is already talk that WR Julio Jones could be done for the year with a foot injury. The Falcons won’t be back at practice till Wednesday, but White will likely be resting up during that time.
Roddy White has played in 5 games this season and has 14 receptions for 129 yards and no touchdowns. He has not had a great start to the season, but the Falcons have not had that great of a start as a team either.
