Houston Texans WR Andre Johnson was absent from practice on Wednesday. This time it was a hamstring injury that had him sidelined. He has had these hamstring injuries in the past and they are recurring once again.

Johnson has also battled a shin injury and a concussion earlier this season. He is getting beat up on the field. He still will likely be on the field in Week 6 against the St. Louis Rams. The bigger question is will Matt Schaub be able to last through the whole game or will he toss another pick-six to cause him to get benched.

Johnson has played in all 5 games this season and has 37 receptions for 407 yards. He will be back on the field on Sunday. He is one tough sonuva.

We will keep our eyes out on Houston Texans practice throughout the week to see his presence on the practice field. If he starts missing practice later in the week, then we may start to worry about his status for Sunday.
