New York Giants RB David Wilson has a dis-related neck injury and will be out for a good amount of time (New York Daily News). He will be out for at least a few week, healing up from the injury.

The Giants don’t have a BYE till week 9 and Wilson likely would not return before that time. Brandon Jacobs and Da’Rel Scott will take the duties in the backfield with Wilson gone. Andre Browns will be eligible to resume playing in football games in week 10. Maybe the Giants will pick up a few wins by that time, but the way they have been playing, we are not so sure when they will pull things together.

Wilson has played in 5 games this season and has a total of 146 yards on the ground and a touchdown.

The Giants have not pulled together a win yet this season and they have games against the Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles coming up before their BYE week.
