In a game that Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson was playing with a heavy heart, Peterson didn’t get many opportunities to run the football. He had 10 rushes for 62 yards in the game. The Minnesota Vikings struggled in the game and Vikings QB Matt Cassel finished with a couple of interceptions.

The Carolina Panthers played well in the game and the Vikings didn’t have many opportunities to run the football that often.

Prayers still out for Adrian Peterson. Tough situation for him to go through right now. He needed the game in order to help take his mind off of things. It is too bad that the Vikings couldn’t pull things together for him.
