Starting Matt Schaub Will Be An End-Of-Week Decision

The Houston Texans lost QB Matt Schaub on Sunday to an ankle injury and some Texans fans cheered the injury. Then they saw the reason why Schaub is the team’s starter when T.J. Yates came in and threw a couple of interceptions himself.

It seems that the injury to Schaub isn’t too bad and he will have a chance to start this weekend against the Kansas City Chiefs.

“Matt is getting injections as we speak. Leg, ankle, everywhere. But we probably got a little bit lucky there.” Kubiak on Schaub. “Schaub starting at KC will be an end of the week decision. I’ll prepare both Case and T.J.” Head Coach Gary Kubiak

The Texans have a tough defense that they will be facing on Sunday and will have to deal with a tough crowd. Matt Schaub would give the team their best chance to win, but he has to have a good week of healing. The Kansas City Chiefs defense must be looking forward to getting after one of the two quarterbacks. They are going to bring the heat.
