VIkings LB Desmond Bishop Suffers Torn ACL

Minnesota Vikings suffer another setback today with reports that LB Desmond Bishop has a torn ACL. Bishop will be out for the season with the injury. The Vikings left that game all beat up. They already suffered the loss against the Carolina Panthers, but t add insult to injury, the Vikings lost safety Harrison Smith and CB Xavier Rhodes to injuries in the game. Smith had a turf toe injury and Rhodes had an ankle sprain.

Now comes news of Bishop out for the season with a torn ACL.

Bishop was signed in the offseason from the Green Bay Packers. He didn’t see much action with the Vikings, only playing in 4 games with limited action. He started one game, but only had 5 tackles on the season.
