With Sam Bradford on the sideline for the rest of the season, the St. Louis Rams will turn to Kellen Clemens for the Monday Night Football matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Clemens took over for Bradford in the game against the Carolina Panthers when Bradford came out of the game. He is the only quarterback on the roster that is familiar with the playbook.
The Rams will be working out some quarterbacks this week, but nobody will be signed till it is too late. The newly signed quarterback still has to get into the playbook and learn the plays before he can step in under center. The Rams plan on bringing in Tyler Thigpen and Brady Quinn this week for try outs.
Clemens has taken part in 3 games for the Rams, but he has only thrown 7 passes for 68 yards. He will get his chance to start on Monday Night, but has to face off against the tough Seattle Seahawks defense. It is going to be a tough start for Clemens.
