Buffalo Bills RB C.J. Spiller is not practicing again today. He took the day off yesterday as well to rest his ankle injury and he has not been running at 100% the last couple of games. He says that the ankle feels ten time better than it did last week. That is good, because that would mean he would get ten times more the carries and ten times more the production, but that doesn’t seem to be the case since he still can’t get on the practice field.

The Bills should really give him a break and let him rest that ankle more. The BYE week is coming up and he can get that added rest during that time.

Anyone that has C.J. Spiller on their fantasy roster is frustrated already and this doesn’t look like a week that you should put him in the starting lineup either. He still doesn’t seem to be ready to step onto the field. The Bills might be playing keep-up with the Saints as well and will be looking to throw the ball more. Keep Spiller on the bench for another week.
