Tony Gonzalez Is Open To A Trade Out Of Atlanta

Today is the trade deadline, so all these rumors are going to pop off out of here. The latest rumor out of Atlanta is that Falcons TE Tony Gonzalez is open to a trade out of Atlanta. Why wouldn’t he be open to get traded out of town? The team has fallen off of the map and he came back this season to chase that ring. He needs to get traded out of town and the Kansas City Chiefs need to bring him back . It just makes too much sense.

If the Kansas City Chiefs don’t have Tony Gonzalez back in their uniform by the end of today, that would actually be more surprising. Gonzalez is still a top talent at tight end. He is one of the best at the position and would just help out any team that would bring him on.

If the Chiefs do not want him,  I am sure that another contender would love to bring him onto their roster in a heart beat.

It does make sense, however they would have to actually “throw it” to him for Gonzales to be effective.
