The Dallas Cowboys need to get wins to keep a hold of the NFC East lead. The East has been terrible this season, bu tthe Cowboys are benefiting from the poor play from everyone else and is sitting at the top of the division. They struggled last week with some yelling on the sideline and they could not stop Calvin Johnson on the field. The Minnesota Vikings have been awful this year and they have had a mess at the quarterback position. Christian Ponder is the starter this week for the second straight week. They had used Josh Freeman for one week and he was awful in his one chance. Adrian Peterson has been inconsistent this season, but the team needs to trust him with the football and let him keep getting his touches.

Vikings Player to Watch: Adrian Peterson
Adrian Peterson is the Vikings offense and teams have stacked the line to stop Peterson this year. He has been inconsistent this season and has not been able to carry the team on his back this year. With the poor play at the quarterback position, it has been tough for Peterson to get things rolling.
Cowboys Player to Watch: Dez Bryant
Dex Bryant’s rant on the sideline had been the talk of the town for the last week, but his play on the field is what needs to get recognized. He is one of the best receivers in the game today. Calvin Johnson showed him up last weekend, but that doesn’t mean that Bryant can’t put up some monster numbers this week against the Vikings. Bryant is one of the best and is fun to watch on the field. He will make his plays during the game.
The Cowboys need the win and are playing much better football than the Vikings at this point in the season. They are at home and should be able to get things rolling against the Vikings.
Cowboys 28, Vikings 12
